If you ship to Puerto Rico the U.S. Government rules for documents have changed. If the product value is $2,500 USD or more not including freight discounts/credits, you must file a Shippers Export Declaration (SED). Effective July 2nd, 2008, the SED must be filed using the U.S. Customs Automated Export System (AES). Failure to do so will cause shipment delay and paper filings will be subject to penalties. OD can file this documentation electronically on Shippers/Customers behalf.
